The property is situated on a small well kept complex, there is 24 hour security plus the gardens and swimming pools are maintained by the complex owners who live on site (there is a annual charge for these services) The complex owners also provide a cleaning/ preparation and guest greeting service for people wishing to rent out their properties (reasonable charges for this service) which is good for property owners who do not live in Bulgaria.   • The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 have extra large double beds, 1 has a standard double bed, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, there is also a fold away bed (villa can sleep up to 9 persons comfortably plus baby travel cot)all rooms have wardrobes and bed side tables. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, a large dining table with 8 chairs, the French doors lead onto the terrace. There is comfortable seating in the living room, plus T.V. and side tables. There is seating in the sunroom and sunbeds for the terrace. There is a shower room with enclosed shower, toilet and wash basin and a further bathroom with bath, wash basin and toilet, there is also a shower over the bath with a glass shower screen. An electric boiler provides hot water for the villa. The villa has electric under floor heating a log burner and Air Conditioning (hot/cold) which is good if people wish to stay there in the colder months. The studio apartment has 1 double bed and a double sized sofa bed (sleeps 2/4) there are bed side tables, drawers and there is also a wardrobe in the entrance hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, tumbler dryer, fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave. There is a dining table and 4 chairs, T.V and glass table. A Air Conditioning unit provides hot and cold air. The shower room is off the entrance hall and has a double sized shower with glass sliding doors, a toilet and wash basin and electric room heater. There is a electric hot water boiler in the roof space. The French doors open on to the private roof terrace with sun beds available. Both the villa and apartment windows are fitted with blinds and netting on the opening windows to keep out any insects.

  • The private terrace of the villa has lovely views and overlooks the well kept garden, it is connected to the sunroom and if the bi-fold doors are opened it doubles the size of the terrace for outdoor eating .Outside the front entrance there is a patio which is a ideal place for sunbathing. The studio also has it's own private roof terrace overlooking the garden with wonderful views of the surrounding hills and countryside.


  • Obrochiste where the villa/apartment are situated is a small village with shops and mini markets for food and drinks, there are also bars and restaurants. Just outside the complex is the monastery ruins where a Saint is buried and is opened daily for visitors. The village is approximately 3 klms from the Black sea resort of Albena where there are many facilities for families, couples and single people, including water sports, fishing, sailing, diving, horse riding and children's amusements. There is a hospital and pharmacy, opticians and health spar. Albena has lovely clean beaches, with lots of bars and restaurants, there is also free parking. More resorts can be found in the surrounding areas. The city of Varna is well worth a visit for both the shopping and also the architecture.
